I have worked on the internet.

These are selected works published to the internet. It’s weird to see these pass through time, some of them having served their apparent life and replaced by something new. The oldest work has stayed the longest. Kingfish Restaurants’ website began in 2005 while I was working at a print shop. I was young, barely out of school, just married, playing with the idea of freelancing, and I tried to get the job to design their website. I drove from Lexington area to Louisville to talk about the work. The response was good, I started prototyping designs, but it fell through. A year later I was working at a design studio in Louisville and we got the job with Kingfish. I picked up again where I’d left off, and an evolution of that first work is what stayed, you can see it today. It’s remarkable how just seven years can change you, and how something so unremarkable can endure time and fashion.
